At Woah Baby Co, we want every parent to love their order. Because many items are produced and shipped directly from our suppliers, we operate with a replacement-only return policy.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives:

incorrect,
we will send a free replacement.
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not issue returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size, color, or variant selected at checkout

Items lost due to incorrect address provided
(We do not resell returned baby items for health & safety reasons.)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not entered processing.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark early.
